Month 1 - Decide which service to use! Auxiliary strength/weight
training. Gymnastics on Saturday mornings! Month 2 - Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series 2days/week, Skyrobics 1day/week, Capoeira 1day/week (Because its expensive!) Month 1- Continue with Daily Burn classes. Also research other yoga specific services, other yoga styles, collect free services and virtual instructors to follow. Complete the Daily Minimum practice, while working on over all strength, core support, and flexibility improvement.
Month 2- Ashtanga practice daily. Vinyasa Flow practice daily. Meditation 3 x a week. |
